iF YOU'RE STAYING AT CAMP:
There are a variety of cabins around Camp Namanu. Some are open air, some are tree houses– and others have four walls, electricity and heat! The latter are what we have booked for our lovely guests. Since we’ve chosen to get married in March, we realize the weather may be less than perfect-- and we wanted to make sure everyone is comfy and cozy, rain or shine.
We've booked enough sleeping space for 65 people, and can rent more if needed, so we are not booking a block of rooms anywhere. We will take care of dinner the night of the wedding, and breakfast the morning after if you choose to stay.
Sandy is a short drive away, and you will have an opportunity to do some exploring. You can also bring food with you, and store it in the kitchen. There is relatively no cost for our guests who choose to stay, because we understand we’re asking a lot of time and travel from everyone.

Small Cabins
Don’t these invoke the true summer-camp experience?
There are four Blue Wing Cabins (left) and seven Sherwood Cabins (right). All are single room spaces, and sleep up to 14 people. They all have electricity, and the Blue Wing cabins are even equipped with a bathroom. As for the Sherwood Cabins, there are Suzies nearby– and it’s just a short walk to the main shower house with private showers and changing areas.

A-Frames & Lodges
Camp Namanu has a variety of larger sleeping spaces for big families or friends who want to stay up all night talking.
A-Frame (far left), Tawanka (left), Ginny's Lodge (middle), Kiwanis Lodge (right), Guardian's Lodge (far right). These larger spaces sleep 15-25 people. Most are equipped with a bathroom- some even have showers. Those with out a bathroom are located near one. And as you can see, a few have a deck-- and even a fire place and/or a kitchen.
**please let us know if you’d like to stay the night and if there’s a specific building you’d like to stay in, or want set aside for your family/group. We will do our best to accommodate your wants, needs, and desires.

If camp isn't for you:
Again, we haven’t booked a block of rooms at any hotels but below you will find our recommendations for places to stay near camp. Best Western and the Resort at the Mountain are the closest options. McMenamins Edgefield is a funkier option. It's a 30 minute drive to Camp-- via the Columbia River Gorge. You can find information for all three below. You can also try searching Airbnb or any of the vacation rental companies in the Sandy area if you would rather stay in a house or condo.
